Rental rates above are not inclusive of staffing and catering packages.
Mid Week rates are available. Please speak to a member of our sales team regarding details.
Any Sunday during a holiday weekend will be charged the In-Season Saturday rate.
New Year’s Eve events will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.
Site visits are by appointment only and must be requested and confirmed by e-mail.

Only signed contracts with deposits will be guaranteed space & services.
Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% fee.
Rights of entry, catering services, and alcohol are exclusively held by LM Catering & Events.
